Career Clarity (Part 1):
Setting Your Direction

This course supports participants to assess what job satisfaction looks like for them, and whether they can find it in their current role or profession. If they decide it’s time for a career change, they progress onto Part 2 of the course.

Career Clarity (Part 2):
Navigating Career Change

This course guides participants through the process of changing careers. It covers everything from practical considerations such as budgeting, to the necessity of overcoming fear when making a major career change.

Brand Power:
Your Career Advantage

This course explains the importance of developing a strong personal brand. It explains what a brand is, why we all have one (whether or not we realise it), and how to define, build and maintain a compelling personal brand.

Career Conversations:
for Managers & Employees

This course is offered in two versions: one for managers and one for employees. We recommend offering both. The course gives managers and their reports the confidence to start having productive, and regular, career conversations.

Becoming a Contractor

This course is ideal for anyone exiting an organisation and considering working as an independent contractor.
